1. Services
Huajie Shenghui Industrial Co., Ltd. provides used vehicle sourcing, inspection, export documentation, and shipping logistics services from China to international buyers. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Orders and Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to confirm an order and lock in selected vehicles. Deposits are non-refundable once vehicles are purchased on your behalf. The remaining 70% balance is due before shipment departure.
3. Vehicle Condition
All vehicles are sold based on our inspection report. We provide accurate descriptions of vehicle condition including noted defects. Vehicles are sold "as-is" based on the inspection report. We do not provide implied warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in the inspection report.
4. Shipping
We arrange shipping from Chinese ports to destination ports as specified in your order. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Documentation
We provide standard export documentation including bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Additional documents required by destination countries are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Customs and Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We provide documentation to assist with clearance but are not responsible for destination customs decisions or delays.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle(s) in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from our services.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Chongqing, China, in accordance with Chinese arbitration rules.

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), and for established customers, other arrangements can be discussed. A 30% deposit is typically required to start sourcing, with the balance due before shipment. All transactions are secure and documented.
Every vehicle undergoes our rigorous 120-point inspection covering mechanical, cosmetic, and functional aspects. We provide detailed inspection reports with photos before shipment. Only vehicles that pass our standards are exported.
